    1/2 c non fat ricotta cheese
    2 t sugar
    1 T orange juice
    1/3 c low fat yogurt


add all ingredients, except yogurt, into food processor and when combined mix with yogurt

if desired cover and chill up to 24 hours

makes 4 servings
