Ingredients

    2 lbs ground beef
    1 cup brown rice, cooked
    1 large head of cabbage, cored and separated into leaves
    1.5 cups spaghetti sauce
    1 tsp cinnamon
    .5 tsp nutmeg
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then remove from heat. Place cabbage leaves into water for about 5 mins, then remove and allow to cool.

In a bowl, mix meat, cinnamon, nutmeg, rice, salt and pepper until thoroughly blended.

Spoon about 2 - 3 tbsp of the meat mixture into the center of each cabbage leaf and wrap tightly. Place into slow cooker.

Cover the leaves with the spaghetti sauce and cook for 8 hours on low.
