    6 oz tuna in water
    15.5 ounce can of white beans
    1/4 cup red onion
    1 tbs fat free dressing


drain and rinse the beans. drain the tuna. add all ingredients to bowl and mix lightly. Best when chilled for a couple hours. Salt and pepper as desired.
