    1 Onion Sliced
    1Yellow and 1 Green Bell Peper
    3 Pieces of Tilpia (Bone-Free)
    1 cup of Water / Stock
    teaspoon of vinger(optional)
    Salt , Peper, Season Salt ,&Lemon Peper
    Season to your liking

Directions

Cut all the veggies
Preheat the oven to 350
Season the fish
Place all the veggies and the fish in a a pan
Add the cup of water / stock and vinger(optinal)
Let the Veggie get soft
Cook for about 20 -30 minutes
Enjoy
For more Flavor Grill the fish then cook the veggies and fish together
