Season to your liking
Directions
Cut all the veggies
Preheat the oven to 350
Season the fish
Place all the veggies and the fish in a a pan
Add the cup of water / stock and vinger(optinal)
Let the Veggie get soft
Cook for about 20 -30 minutes
