    1 lb. 93% lean chop meat
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tsp thyme
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 cup uncooked brown rice (not instant)
    1-1/2 lbs. chopped cabbage, (cut into 1-1/2" squares)
    1 (14 oz.) cans of beef broth


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef over medium high heat, drain. Add onion to pan with meat and cook until softened; add garlic and thyme. Add tomato sauce, cabbage, and rice and turn into a 9 x 13 Pam-sprayed baking pan. Pour broth over mixture, cover and bake for 40 minutes. Stir, replace cover and bake for additional 20 minutes.
