    3 chicken breasts
    3 servings brown rice
    1 can green beans
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 container of sour cream


Cook chicken breasts however you like them, I usually boil them, then cut into bite sized pieces. While chicken is cooking, cook rice as the box directs. Once rice and chicken are cooked, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Spray a 8 by 5 cooking pan with cooking spray and transfer chicken and rice mix into pan. Cook in oven at around 375 for 20 minutes or until veggies and soup are heated through. Makes around 5 small servings. This is also good with a little cheese sprinkled on top or some french fried onions. To keep it lite use reduced fat sour cream and healthy request low sodium cream soups.
