This is a yummy recipe for meatballs, very quick and tasty. This is a yummy recipe for meatballs, very quick and tasty.
Number of Servings: 5


    1 lb lean or extra lean ground beef
    1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
    1 Egg
    Garlic, basil, italian seasoning to your like.


Mix all the ingredientes in a bowl and work them by hand till completely mixed together. Form 20 to 24 inche size meatballs and put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, till meat is brown and done.
Serve on rice, spaghetti, or any kind of pasta. They taste good just by them selves!!
