    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 TBS. pourable Splenda
    1 tsp. cinammon
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 cup oat bran
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1-1/2 cup old fashion oats
    1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 egg


Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Heat milk to scalding and pour over the oats in a bowl. Let sit about 5 minutes. Mix yogurt, egg and applesauce. Pour over oats and mix well. Add dry ingredients and stir to mix. It should bubble up. Immediately pour into a Pam-sprayed 11 x 7 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool; cut into 8 squares. Store in refrigerator.
