1 tsp sesame oil
1 cup water
1 cup unsalted chicken broth
1 serving tofu
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Follow the cooking instructions for udon noodles.
Set on a serving bowl. Cover with plastic and set aside,
In a pan add all liquid ingredients and the sugar except for the sesame oil. Allow to boil on medium heat. When it comes to boil add your vegetables and red pepper flakes,
Add cubed tofu as soon as the vegetables are to your liking. Simmer for a minute. Drizzle sesame oil and serve on top of noodles.
