Number of Servings: 3


    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 3 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    *Hamburg 90%, 7.5 oz (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 plum tomato (remove)


Cook rice and set aside
Slice the top of peppers and remove seeds. Leave the peppers whole. Place peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes. Chop the top of the peppers, onions, garlic and tomatoes. Brown hamburg and saute vegetables adding the tomatoes towards the end. Add the rice and tomato soup and then stuff in the peppers. Place in casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30min in 350 oven.
