A great tasting spicy steak fajita recipe for the GT RSG or the GT 101.

    a 5 to 6 oz peice of steak (I used new york strip)

    1/4 cup A1 Steak Sauce Bold and Spicy (but anykind will work)

    Some spicy steak spice, (I used montreal steak spice)

    3 slices of onion cut in half

    1 oz (about 1/8 cup) of cheese I used Sargento's mexican blend.

    2 Flour Tortilla's Fajita size.. (I used Mission)


1. preheat GT Xpress and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Slice steak into fajita sized strips.

3. put A1 sauce into bowl then toss in steak strips and onions, Sprinkle with steak spice to taste.

4. stir steak and onions until well mixed with A1 and spices.

5. Place mixture into GT xpress and cook 5 minutes. stir the steak and cook for another 5 minutes.

6. drain and cook another 3 to 4 minutes stirring steak at least once.

7. remove from heat.

8. add half the steak and onion mixture to each tortilla (Note: To make Flour Tortilla's more pliable for folding microwave for 20 seconds or so with a moist paper towel on them.

9. Add half an oz of cheese to each tortilla fold and place into GT xpress for 3 to 4 minutes to melt the cheese.

10. Remove and serve.

Options: This recipe can be made more diet friendly using lower carb, lower fat tortillas, and less cheese or with a 2% cheese. (I mainly used what I had on hand.)
