Just an easy lunch to prepare. Just an easy lunch to prepare.
Number of Servings: 1


    1 whole zucchini sliced into rounds (or however you like it)
    2 eggwhites
    2 tbsp. of chopped onion
    1 tbsp. of butter
    Garlic salt to taste


Heat up a pan and add the butter. Chop up the onion and add to the melted butter. Slice the zucchini any way you like it - remember that the smaller the cuts, the faster it will cook. Add the cut up zucchini to the onions and butter and add some garlic salt to season. Still and then cover to steam checking to make sure it doesnt burn. Once the zucchini is the way you like it, add the two eggwhites and continue to cook until the eggwhites are cooked. Remove from the heat and serve. Delicious!
