    20oz Package of Ground Turkey 93% lean
    1 tsp Kosher Salt
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    1 small onion chopped
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Bag Frozen Corn, thawed
    1 14.75oz can Sweet Corn Cream Style
    4 Medium Potatoes - peeled & cubed
    2 Tbsp Salted Butter
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1/4 cup low fat Sour Cream


Preheat oven to 350. Boil cut up potatos, when cooked drain, add milk, butter, & sour cream then mash. While potatoes are cooking. Add olive oil to non stick pan, heat on medium/high heat until hot. Add chopped onion and garlic cook until onions are clear. Add Ground Turkey, salt & pepper cook until done. In a 9"x9" pan coat with non stick cooking spray. Layer the ground turkey on the bottom. Mixed together the corn and cream of corn, place on top of ground turkey layer. Final layer is to spread the mashed potatoes on top of the corn layer. Bake for 30 min or until potatoes are golden brown.
