    1 cup skim milk
    1 medium banana (sliced)
    1 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
    1 cup strrawberries
    1 tbsp peanut butter


Slice the bananas and strawberries; Add all ingrediants to blender and Mix until smooth. Pour and serve.
