Ingredients

    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    Flour, white, 3 cup
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Cloves, ground, .5 tsp
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Allspice, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 15 oz can
    Egg, fresh, 4 large

Directions

Mix ingredients in order listed above, adding all dry ingredients a little at a time. Add eggs one at at time beating after each egg. Use two loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
