    1 box Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Rotini Pasta
    1 jar (26 oz) Newman's Own Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
    35 slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni cut in quarters
    1/4 cup reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
    1 can mushrooms, pieces & stems, drained
    1/4 cup black olives (sliced or chopped)
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano


Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta. Mix pasta with sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, parmesan cheese, and spices. Put into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 8-1cup servings.
