    Onions- chopped
    8oz filet- cubed
    spicey sausage
    1.5 pounds potatos cubed
    8oz mushrooms sliced
    cavenders greek seasoning
    horseradish to taste(3 Tbls)
    6 cups water
    "better than bullion" to taste 3 Tbls
    1-2 oz of jack daniels
    green onions, chopped


brown filet cubes over high and set aside. In same pan add oil and onion. Lower heat to med and allow onion to brown- 20 minutes. Add potatos and brown stirring occasionally. Add mushrooms and brown. Add CAvenders to taste then horseradish. Add bourbon and allow heat. Then add water- bullion. Allow to cook 30 minutes until potatoes are tender and the soup thicken. Add Yogurt to taste..then garnish with green onions chopped.
