    12 corn tortillas( I use stone ground they are higher in fiber)
    41-60 bag of shrimp(you can get the pre-peeled or peel yourself)
    4 tbsp extra light olive oil
    1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
    2 tbsp chili powder
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    4 cups bagged coleslaw mix
    2 tbsp. fat free ranch dressing


Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in the meantime peel and thaw shrimp under hot water if needed. Put shrimp into the already warmed skillet of oil and season with cayenne pepper and chili powder to taste. While that simmers for a bit mix your about half a bag of coleslaw mix with your ranch dressing and onions. Remove shrimp and leave in a bowl to cool. Heat another 2-3 tbsp of the oil and fry your tortillas, flipping over as soon as you see a bubble in tortilla. Top tortillas with shrimp and coleslaw mx.
