Introduction

I just threw this together one day when I didn't have anything left in my refrigerator but some tofu and Italian dressing. I liked it, and I hope you do too. I just threw this together one day when I didn't have anything left in my refrigerator but some tofu and Italian dressing. I liked it, and I hope you do too.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Block Extra-Firm Tofu, Drained and Pressed
    1 c. Light Italian Dressing
    3/4 c. Panko (Japanese Bread Crumbs) or other bread crumbs

Directions

1. Cut tofu into 16 squares and place in a 9x9 glass pan.
2. Pour 1 c. Light Italian dressing over tofu and place in refrigerator to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
3. Sprinkle panko over top of tofu after removing from refrigerator.
4. Place into an oven preheated to 425 and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and serve. Four servings.
