A great morning pick-me-up! A great morning pick-me-up!

    1 cup vanilla soy milk
    1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
    3-4 ice cubes
    2 scoops vanilla protein powder
    1 banana
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries


Pour soy milk and yogurt into blender. Add ice cubes and start chopping.

If you have the kind of blender that has a removable hole in the top for adding ingredients, use it! If not, just stop the blender to add more ingredients.

Add the soy powder and banana and continue blending. Add the peanut butter. Add frozen strawberries, put the top back on, and blend until frothy.

Makes about 2.5 servings - we give our toddler a small portion and split the rest. It's very kid-friendly!
