    Very Good
This was really good, but I wanted more maple flavor. Maybe next time I'll add some maple extract to the mix before baking. Also mine only made 3.5 cups, which changes the nutritional count. Really yummy though!! I'm excited to try it on banana yogurt or with some crushed banana chips mixed in. - 9/22/10

Why add brown sugar and maple syrup both? It's really sweet. I make something like this with 10 cups of oats and 3/4 cup of maple syrup, and it's really tasty that way. I also add a cup of flax meal. ymmy. Check out my recipe in SparkRecipes. - 7/27/10
