    1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (98% Fat Free)
    1-1/3 Cups water
    3/4 Cup uncooked long-grain white rice
    2 C. fresh or frozen vegetables
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves


Stir soup, water, rice, vegetables and onion powder in shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, or until rice is cooked.
