Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Original Blend
    2 medium baking potaotes
    2 Tbsp butter
    2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese


Directions

1.) Preheat over to 375
2.) Scrub Potatoes and pat dry
3.) Cut each potato lengthwise to make 8 wedges
4.) Combine butter and Mrs Dash in small sauce pan and heat until butter us melted.
5.) Dip potato wedges in butter mixture, turning to coat all sides.
6.) Arrange potato wedges cut side down in a single layer in 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan.
7.) Spoon remaining butter mixture over potatoes
8.) Sprinkle evenly with cheese
9.) Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown and egdes are crisp.
10. Drain on paper towels.
