    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 5 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 2 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)
    Bush's Butter Beans, Large, 1.5 Cup (remove)
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Bacon grease, 1 tsp (remove)

chop all vegetables into bite size chunks. mince garlic.
saute onion, bok choy, garlic, carrots and onion till al dente. add rest of ingredients bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. add salt and pepper to taste
