Ingredients

    * 96% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz (remove)
    * anaheim chile, 9 serving (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * *365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Great Value Pinto Beans (updated), 1.75 cup (remove)
    * 2 tsp olive oil

Directions

Heat oil in large cooking pot. Add diced onions, ground beef, cook through. Add all other remaining ingredients and let simmer on medium-heat for about 2 hours. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder, if desired. Pretty easy!

Optional tip: Top with shredded cheese or sour cream and serve with grilled corn tortillas!
