Flavored and Baked Saltines Flavored and Baked Saltines

    1 box mini saltines
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 package ranch dressing mix
    2 tbs parmesean cheese (dry)
    1/4 cup shredded cheese
    Garlic Powder (optional)
    Red pepper flakes (optional if you like spicy)
    Roasted peppers and garlic spice (optional)
    Salt to taste (optional)


Mix ranch dressing mix in 1/2 cup oilive oil. Pour over mini saltine crackers and mix well in bowl with tight lid. Flip bowl every 10 mins for about half an hour. Put on flat baking pan, sprinkle additional spices, parmesean cheese and shredded cheese. Bake on 300 degrees for 15-20 mins or until cheese is melted and crackers are golden.

17 crackers per serving (as per mini saltines serving size) approximately 21 servings.
