    1- 1lb chub HEB Super Lean ground beef
    1 can Black Beans, Pinto Beans and Kidney Beans, drained
    1 cup chopped Onion (I buy this already chopped)
    1 cup chopped Bell Pepper (I buy this already chopped)
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 regular can diced tomatoes
    1 regular can Rotel tomatoes
    1 TBSP Canola Oil
    1 TBSP Black Pepper
    1 TBSP Minced Garlic
    2 TBSP Chili Powder


Brown beef in oil.
Add onion and pepper and cook over medium heat for 5 min
Add all tomatoes, beans and seasonings.

Bring to a boil and cover. Turn heat down and simmer, stirring frequently, for approximately 3 hrs.
