    Chopped onions, 1lb
    Chopped carrots, 0.5lb
    Chopped zucchini, 0.75lb
    Chopped eggplant, 0.75lb
    Oil, 6tbsp
    12% fat ground beef, 1kg / 2.2lb
    pureed tomatoes, 1.5kg / 3.3lbs


Cook the onions, when translucent add the veggies. As soon as they look cooked, add the ground beef. When cooked, add tomato puree. Season with oregano, basil, pepper to taste.

Yield: 27 servings

I freeze the servings and when I'm in a hurry just put a frozen serving in the bottom of a plate, cover with hot pasta, and it melts in a minute.
