    3 cups sliced zucchini and or summer squash
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1/2 tsp dried dill weed
    Greek seasoning to taste.


Preheat grill (medium to medium high heat). Slice squash into uniform pieces. In a bowl, combine oil, seasoning and squash. Coat squash well. Place on grill and cook until tender crisp.
