Ingredients

1/3 cup Blue Bonnet light margarine, softened
1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 cup SPLENDAŽ No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1 teaspoons vanilla
1 eggs
3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Plain M&M's
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream butter, brown sugar, SPLENDAŽ and vanilla together in a medium mixing bowl. Mix until well blended and creamy. Add egg, mixing well. Scrape sides of bowl. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until well blended. Stir in M&M's.
Place level tablespoons of cookie dough on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 16 cookies (1 cookie=one serving)
