    8 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
    1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
    1/4 cup corn starch
    1 cup water
    2 tbsp unsalted butter
    1/8 cup lemon juice
    Combine peaches and brown sugar in large sauce pan. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to fruit. Heat until juice is thick and bubbly, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; add butter and lemon juice. Place fruit in a 9"x13"x2" casserole dish.
    2 cups Hodgson Mills Whole Wheat Buttermilk Baking Mix
    3/4 cup fat free milk
    1/4 Smart Balance light buttery spspread, melted
    2 tbsp Splenda Blend for Baking
    Mix all ingredients to make a soft dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot filling. Bake at 425 degrees until biscuits are golden brown. (about 15 minutes)
