    6 cups apples, cored, peeled and sliced
    2 tbsp flour
    1/4 cup splenda blend for baking
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp salt
    Toss apples with dry ingredients and place in 2 quart casserole.
    Crisp Topping:
    2/3 cup flour
    1/2 cup Splenda Brown sugar blend
    1/2 cup oats
    4 tbsp unsalted butter
    Mix together dry ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle crisp topping over apples.


Bake at 375 degrees until bubbly, about 45 min. Makes 9 servings.
