    1/3 cups green onions, chopped
    3 tbsp breadcrumbs
    2 tsp garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
    16 oz ground turkey
    1 large egg beaten
    6 tbsp ketchup, divided
    cooking spray


Prehaet oven 400 degees. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; add 1/4 cup ketchup. Mix turkey mixture with hands. Shape into a 9X4" loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes. Brush top with remaining 2 tbsp ketchup. Bake 7 additional minutes. Slice loaf into 8 pieces. Serves 4.
