    2 c. Kernel Corn drained
    2 c. Chopped Onion
    1/2 c. Flour
    48 oz. Ground Extra Lean Turkey
    3 c. Fat Free Refried Beans
    2 c. Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1.5 c. Egg Substitute
    2 c. Skim Milk
    6 oz. Green Chilies (canned-drained)
    28 tsp. Old El Paso Taco Seasoning (40% less Sodium)
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    3/4 c. Water


Brown & drain Turkey. Add Onion & saute until Onion is cooked. Add Taco seasoning & Water and simmer until water is absorbed, Stir in Refried Beans & mix thoroughly.

In a Sprayed 11 X 13 casserole pan, layout 1/2 the Green Chilies and sprinkle with 1/2 the Cheese, leaving at least a 1/2 inch border around the edge between the food and pan. Spoon 1/2 the meat/bean mix on next. Sprinkle with 1/2 the Corn. Then repeat then layerng process with the rest of the Green Chilies, Meat/Bean, Corn & then Cheese.

In a separate container, mix Milk, Egg. Substitute, Salt & Flour. Gently pour this over the entire casserole. Most of it will run off into the channel you've left around the border.

Pop into a preheated 350 degree oven.
This entire recipe can be cut in half if you want to make a smaller amount.

Make and bake at 350. 65 minutes or until llightly browned on top.
