    1 t chia seed plus 3T water, or 3 T chia gel
    2 T ORAC Super 7 High Antioxidant
    .5 T agave nectar (or to taste)
    3oz filtered water


Making chia gel ahead of time will save you the rehydration time in the morning - and who doesn't want to save time in the morning? To make the gel, add 1/3 cup of seeds to 2 cups of filtered water and stir well. Thoroughly stir again in 15 minutes, cover and refrigerate. To make the drink, just mix all the ingredients together - that's it!

If you don't have gel already made, combine the ingredients well, let the mixture sit for 15 minutes, and then stir again before drinking. Makes a single, 6 ounce serving.
