My remake of Mom's crust My remake of Mom's crust
Number of Servings: 5


    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup white flour
    1 package yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cup warm water
    2 Tbsp. olive oil


Mix dry ingredients. Add in wet ingredients and incorporate until it forms a dough. Cover the dough in a bowl and let rise for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Make the dough into a crust (or 2 thin crusts) and prebake at 450 about 15 minutes. Cover with toppings of your choice and bake again until cheese melts and crust turns to a golden brown.
