Ingredients

    4.5 cups Pasta Sauce with Beef (recipe found here: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=676213)
    1 cup Spinach, chopped
    1 carton (500 g) 1% Cottage Cheese
    1/2 tsp Basil
    1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
    13 Lasagna noodles
    1 cup Part Skim Mozzarella cheese

Directions

Mix the cottage cheese, spinach, basil and pepper in a bowl. Spread 1 cup of sauce in bottom of a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Top with three lasagna noodles and a third of the cottage cheese mixture and 1 cup of the meat sauce. Repeat layers twice, with 5 noodles on the top layer (4 lengthwise, 1 running along the bottom) and 1.5 cups of sauce to cover fully.
Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until bubbly and heated through. Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes longer. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
Makes 12 pieces.
