Ingredients

    2 packs of Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
    2 oz. each Bob Evans Italian & Sage Sausage
    4 whole eggs scrammbled
    8 egg white scrammbled
    1 oz. each Heluva Good Mild Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses shredded
    1 cup skim milk

Directions

Makes 8 Servings
Brown Hash Browns on flat griddle
Brown Sausage
Scrammble all eggs together
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray
Places half the Hash Browns on bottom
Layer Sausage & Eggs on top
Place remaining half the Hash Browns on top
Spread Sour Cream over potatoes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sprinkle Cheese on top
Pour in Milk
Bake @ 375 degrees for about 15 - 20 min.
