    banana, milk, ground flax, agave syrup, egg whites, whole wheat flour, soda, salt, blueberries and walnuts


mix together: 1 mashed banana, 3/4C. ground flaxseed, 1/3 C. agave syrup, 1/4 C. packed brown sugar, 2 egg whites. Then mix in separate bowl: 1 1/2 C. whole wheat flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. salt. Mix in with wet ingredients. Then fold in 1 C. blueberries, 1/2 C. walnuts. Pour into bread pan coated with non-stick cooking spray and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
