    1 Package Bird's Eye Pepper Stir-Fry
    2/3 cup diced tomatoes (no salt)
    1 cup fresh spinach leaves
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 Tbs. olive oil

Directions

heat olive oil
stir-fry pepper mix
when nearly done, add tomatoes to heat and spinach
done when spinach is nicely wilted
