Ingredients

    6 Baked Potatoes
    2 cansGV 98% fatfree cream of mushroom soup
    4 Cups Kroger Mexican Style Cheese
    .50 Cup Hormel Real Crumbled Bacon
    .25 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Cut baked potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Placehalf in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with half the salt. pepper and bacon. Top with one can of soup and half of the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered at 350* for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

(optional: Sprinkle with chopped green onions after baking, before serving)
