    1 14 oz. package of Turkey Polska Kielbasa
    2 cups Prego spaghetti sauce
    1 medium onion


1. Slice the kielbasa
2. Spray pan with non-stick spray
3. Stir until slices begin to brown. Push to the side of the pan
4. Slice (do not dice) the onions and add to pan. Saute until soft. Mix onions and kielbasa.
5. Add spaghetti sauce
6. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
7. Serve over rice or noodles.

Makes approximately 4 1 cup servings.

  • I added 2 medium potatos, sliced, a 4oz. can on sliced mushrooms, drained, and one third of a red bell pepper, diced, for a tasty main dish. Served with sides of broccoli, tossed salad & fruit. It was delishious. - 2/23/10
