My family loves this soup... we make it without the cabbage sometimes and it's just as good. Add more or less chili powder and jalapenos to taste. My family loves this soup... we make it without the cabbage sometimes and it's just as good. Add more or less chili powder and jalapenos to taste.

Ingredients

    2.5 lb 99% fat free lean ground turkey
    2 pkg taco seasoning (1 oz each)
    3 cans tomatoes (32 oz each)
    1 can tomato sauce (32 oz)
    4 cans water (32 oz each)
    3 cans black beans (15 oz each)
    4 TBSP minced garlic
    3 jalapenos
    10 cubes beef bouillon
    2 onions - cut up
    1 medium head cabbage

Directions

Makes 12 2-cup servings

Brown turkey until fully cooked.
Stir in taco seasoning, chili powder, garlic, tomato sauce, bouillion cubes, and water.
Chunk up cabbage & add to soup.
Bring to a boil and cut up tomatoes & add with onions and water.
Rinse & drain black beans and add to soup.
