Ingredients

    2 5oz cans solid white albacore tuna in water
    1/4 chopped red bell pepper
    1/4 cup chopped carrot
    1/4 chopped celery
    1 chopped green onion
    4 TBS reduced fat mayonaise

Directions

chop all veggies into small pieces
mix with tuna and mayo
season to taste with salt and pepper

Makes 4 half cup servings
