I love wonton soup. I pre-make my wontons in HUGE batches for a quick, easy and low calorie dinner. I mix my wontons with chicken broth, hot sauce and tons of fresh veggies.

This recipe is easy enough to adjust to a smaller size. I used two packages of ground turkey, mixed with all the veggies - I ended up with 252 wontons to freeze.

Ingredients

    Double Happiness Wonton Wrappers, 252 serving
    Ground Turkey Breast, 36 oz (two packages)
    Oatmeal, 1 cup
    Celery, raw, 7 stalks
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 medium, grated
    Onions, raw, 1.5 medium
    Liquid Egg Whites 1/3 cup
    Hot Sauce, as much as you like
    Few spoonfuls of pre-chopped garlic

Directions

Place ground turkey in a large bowl.

Grind oatmeal finer in a food processor, add to the meat.

Using a food processor, chop onions, celery and grated carrots. Add to meat.

Add garlic, hot sauce and liquid egg.

Mix together well.

Place in center of wonton wrapper and wrap!
