Passed down from generation to generation this is a dish that will leave you asking for more! Passed down from generation to generation this is a dish that will leave you asking for more!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Makes 1 serving:

    1 Tomato
    2 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise (I used Kraft with Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
    Crackers (I used 2 servings of Special K Multigrain crackers)
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Dice the tomato into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Add Mayo to the tomatoes and crumble crackers on top.
Stir and add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
Enjoy!
