    1 lb. Ground Bison
    1/4 Large Onion, chopped
    1 Can Water Chestnuts, chopped
    1 Can Bamboo Shoots, chopped
    2 tsp. Minced Garlic
    1 T. Soy Sauce
    1 T. Hoisen Sauce
    1 t. Sesame Oil
    1 T. Brown Sugar
    10 Large Lettuce Leaves, halved


1. In large pan, cook sesame oil, bison, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and garlic.

2. Add soy sauce, hoisen, and brown sugar.

3. Cook about 5 minutes.

**Makes about 20, more or less depending on taste
**I use bison as a lower fat alternative to beef, but these are great with ground turkey or chicken as well.

4. Serve meat in bowl, next to lettuce leaves. Spoon mixture into leaves and use Peanut and Asian Dipping Sauces.
