    Water, tap, 2/3 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Salt, .75 tsp
    Flour, white, 2.2 cup
    Fleischmann's Yeast (instant dry yeast), 1.5 tsp


Layer items in Breadmaker. Set for basic loaf. When done, let cool, then cut into slices.

Makes 12 slices. (Can be sliced thinner or thicker, depending on preference.)

Different Breadmakers take different amounts of time. Mine from start to finish (not including cooling) is 2 hours and 20 minutes.

  • this is close to the recipe I use except I occasionally throw in some bits of frozen fruit thats left over from my bags of frozen fruit I buy for smoothies when there isn't enough left over for a smoothie. - 4/12/11
