    12 oz chicken breast strips
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    2.5 cups green pepper
    2 Tbsp. Light Ranch Dressing
    1 onion, sliced into wedges
    1 tomato, sliced into wedges
    1/2 cup salsa
    1/3 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
    4 whole wheat tortillas


Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray and add chicken strips, chili powder and garlic powder. Cook chicken over medium heat for 4-6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove chicken. Add green peppers and onion to skillet; cook about 5 minutes till veggies are tender. Add chicken and dressing and toss to coat.

Microwave tortillas about 30 seconds to warm. Divide chicken/pepper mixture between tortillas; top with cheese, tomato wedges and salsa.
