Ingredients

    Pork Loin boneless32 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 5 large
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Red Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz)
    Basil, 4 tbsp
    Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup
    Sour Cream, 1 cup

Directions

Chop pork into bit size pieces and place in bottom of crock pot. On top add chopped celery, mushrooms, basil soysauce, olive oil and beef bullion. Let simmer on high heat for 2 hours or low heat for 4 then add wine and parmesan cheese to the pot. Stir occasionaly to break up cheese. About 10 minutes before serving add sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice.
